1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Magnetic Slots Casino website (the “Website”) and its games. By registering or playing you accept them, the rules of each game and the conditions of each promotion. The parent brand states that it holds a Curaçao eGaming licence, and the full rules of the operator apply to your real-money account there.
2. Who may play
You must be at least 18 and allowed to gamble where you live. Players from the USA, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy and Germany, and Dutch accounts flagged by the national regulator, may not use the welcome bonus, and some of those markets may be closed altogether. Whether your play is lawful is your own responsibility.
3. Your account
Register with your email, a password and your country, and confirm your email before the first deposit. Keep one account and keep your login details private, because everything done through your account is your responsibility.
4. Verification

5. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits start at €10 and use cards, e-wallets and bank transfers. The parent site lists withdrawal limits of €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week and €40,000 per month, with higher thresholds for VIP players, and an e-wallet provider may charge its own fee. Pay only with methods that belong to you.
6. Bonuses
The welcome bonus is a 100% match up to €100 with 100 free spins on Book of Dead, for a minimum deposit of €20. Wagering applies to slot spins, the maximum bet while the bonus is active is €5 per spin, the bonus lasts 7 days from activation and winnings from it are capped. Slots count in full, live and table games count for much less and jackpot slots do not count. Breaking a condition cancels the bonus.
7. Games and fair play
Games come from licensed studios and use certified random number generators. A faulty round can be cancelled and the stake returned, and demo play uses no real money and pays no winnings.
8. Fraud and prohibited conduct
Collusion, stolen payment methods, chargebacks, automated play and abuse of promotions are forbidden. If found, bets and winnings can be voided, the account closed and the authorities informed.
9. Limits on liability
The Website is provided as it is. As far as the law allows we are not responsible for indirect loss, interruptions or problems with your device or connection. Gambling can lead to losing money.
